SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders will be shipped within two days. Delivery will depend on your state and may take an additional 3-5 days for you to receive your order.
For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
If you have not received an email confirmation within one hour of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder or contact us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund :)
We have a one-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within one week of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.

We are not responsible if there is an issue with the shipping carrier.
If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, which ranges between $6 and $18, is non-refundable.
